Roseau, Dominica — Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Dominica, the Honourable Roosevelt Skerrit, recently toured a $3 million road, drainage, water, and sidewalk enhancement project under way in Grand Bay.

After his tour, Prime Minister Skerrit stated that he was pleased with the progress of the work but emphasized that money from the capital project would also flow into businesses of members of the community of Grand Bay. “Four local contractors,” he stated, would benefit from the $3 million being invested in the project, but specifically in the work to be done on the sidewalks alongside the Lalay Road.
